All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please verify your fabric selection, colour, quantity, and order details carefully before placing your order.
1. Why Are Fabrics Non-Returnable?
At BR Fashion, fabrics are unstitched yardages cut specifically to your requested meterage (e.g., 2.5m, 3.5m, or custom running bolt cuts) directly from fresh master thaan rolls.
Once a roll of pure silk, cotton, georgette, or embroidered fabric is precision-cut for an order, it cannot be rejoined or re-sold as full-length bolt yardage. Consequently, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once cutting has commenced.
2. Before Placing Your Order
- Verify Yardage: Consult your masterji / tailor for exact meter requirements before checkout.
- Shade & Color Tones: Fabric photos are photographed in natural daylight. Minor natural hue variations may exist between digital screens and actual textiles.
- Matching Coordinates: Double-check lining (Mulmul, Shantoon, Crepe) and bottom fabric selections in your ensemble.
3. Damaged / Incorrect Dispatch Guarantee
In the rare circumstance that you receive an incorrect product, incorrect meterage, or physical damage in transit:
Please notify our stylist team within 48 hours of delivery with an uncut package opening video. Our team will verify and arrange an immediate replacement or store resolution.
