Please read these guidelines carefully before purchasing unstitched fabrics, running yardage, or suit materials from BR Fashion.
Welcome to BR Fashion. By browsing our website, creating an account, placing an online order, or purchasing unstitched fabrics via our WhatsApp Stylist service, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered customers, and buyers across India.
1. Custom Cut Yardage from Live Thaan Bolts
All fabrics on our website are sold as running unstitched yardages (by the meter, with standard 0.5m increments such as 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m, or full suit sets).
Once an order is confirmed, our master tailors physically unroll the authentic master bolt and cut the requested meterage specifically for your order.
2. All Sales Are Final (No Return / No Exchange)
✂️ Custom-cut fabrics cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once cutting has started.
Because a master thaan cannot be rejoined or re-sold after being custom-measured for an order, all unstitched fabric purchases are final. We urge customers to verify required meterage with their tailor before ordering.

3. Photography & Color Accuracy
We shoot all fabric collections in professional studio lighting and natural daylight to reflect true textile hues, weave textures, and zari sheens as accurately as possible.
However, due to differences in screen calibrations, smartphone displays, and organic artisan dye lot variations between mill batches, minor visual shade variations of 5%–10% may occur and do not constitute a defect.
4. Damaged / Incorrect Item Guarantee
In the rare circumstance that you receive an incorrect product, wrong meterage cut, or transit-damaged item:
- You must notify our stylist team within 48 hours of delivery.
- An uncut, continuous parcel unboxing video clearly displaying the shipping label must be shared for claims verification.
- Upon verification, we will promptly arrange an immediate replacement or store credit.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes.
We accept secure prepaid payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) across serviceable Indian pincodes.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically cut, hand-inspected, and dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Estimated delivery times are 2–4 business days for metro cities and 4–7 business days for regional pincodes.
Customers can track their live shipments anytime via our Track Order page using their Order ID or Phone Number.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
